Your website must be published before changes made to it can take effect. To publish your changes you can either select the Publish icon from the toolbar, or select Publish from the File menu.  Upon selecting either of these options the modified content will be saved and viewable by the public.

Publishing with Caching Servers

If your system utilises a caching server, your publish actions are not delayed by the caching server settings. You should be able to see the changes on the live site immediately.

Publishing with Workflows
For systems with the optional workflow, clicking the Publish icon will send the modified content into the workflow, which is defined by the system administrators.
