Submitting your design for theme and template generation is simple.  Send us an email with the design files.  In general we will accept all standard file formats for both the PC and Mac environments.  However the following are some general guidelines prior to submitting your work to us.

PSD, PDF/PDP, TIF/TIFF file formats are ideal for our purposes.  When saving to these formats please retain all layers, and if possible include all fonts used in the project in either TrueType, OpenType, or PostScript formats.  Should font inclusion not be possible please flatten the image prior to sending it to us.

PNG, EPS, TARGA, BMP file formats are acceptable but will limit our flexibility when implimenting your template as they do not retain layers and fonts.

JPG, GIF file formats are NOT recommended.  JPG files will degrade in quality with each save, while not noticable the first time they are saved very quickly the quality of your image will degrade into something unusable.  In the interests of retaining the quality of your submittal we do not recomment submitting JPG files to us.  GIF format do not degrade however it is severely limited in the number of colors it can handle.  Unless you have carefully selected the colors ahead of time we highly recommend you avoid this format. 

Please note we accept all file formats, the above are only guidelines to improve speed of service.  With all formats please save to the maximum quality possible in RGB mode.
